This service includes a *deep cleanse to remove buildup, *deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture and softness, * fresh style so your wig looks and feels brand new. ***Lace customization (bleaching & plucking) or adding layers is available as an add-on for a seamless, natural finish. **Turn around time is 2-3 business days. **If a rush is needed please let me know when you receive a message. And additional rush fee may be required. **Time selected is your drop off time but adjustments can be made once you receive communication. Drop -off instructions will be communicated once service is confirmed.

Wig Revamp Ready for a full transformation? This service is the ultimate reset. Your hair is completely detached from your current unit and reconstructed into a brand new, fully customized wig — built to fit you perfectly. Service includes a deep cleanse, deep conditioning treatment, and a fresh style. A new closure is required for this service (old closures are not accepted). New closure customization and layering are included. Simply detach your hair bundles and send them in — we’ll handle the rest. (De-attachment of the wig is an add-on) * 5-7 Business day turnaround We will communicate with the customer once we have thoroughly examined the hair to determine if there are additional needs. Drop off will be communicated after the service is confirmed. Please allow 24 hrs for communication

Closure Replacement Ready for a seamless refresh? This service replaces your existing closure with a brand-new one, fully customized to blend seamlessly with your bundles. Includes a deep cleanse, conditioning treatment, and a fresh style. Your new closure will be layered for a natural, seamless finish. Need a closure? We’ve got you covered. Simply send us a message before booking, and we’ll get you sorted. *5-7 business day turnaround (if new closure is purchased turnaround time is 10-14 business days) Drop-off instructions will be communicated once service is confirmed. B.Y.O.B Unit Construction

BYOB Unit Construction Have your bundles and closure ready — we’ll do the rest. This service takes your supplied hair and constructs it into a fully customized wig just for you. Your closure will be fully customized and wig-layered for a voluminous finish. Includes a wash, condition, and fresh style. ***Service is a 5-7 business days turnaround. Bundle Guide Recommendation: • Lengths 10”–20” → 3 bundles recommended • Lengths 22”–26” → 4 bundles recommended • 5+ bundles available as an add-on (head size of 22.5 or larger required) Drop-off details and additional service details will be communicated once your service is confirmed.
